i think it rarely works...can't say I've heard too many success stories about online dating. But i guess it depends on the type of person your looking for. If you want a serious relationship i don't think online dating or apps like tinder are the way to go. You will mostly find thirsty creeps and insecure people who will use you for an ego boost.
