But I think it's unhealthy, and help needs to be sought.
It's just embarrassing.

Are you able to sexually function away from porn? Would you consider talking to your doctor about this?

Porn addiction is much more than liking porn. Addiction requires it to be pervasive and have detrimental impact to normal functioning and usually in multiple areas such as relationships, work, self care etc.

i sit at work thinking about porn. sometimes I leave early just to go home and watch porn. Sometimes I put porn on my phone when im driving, just to have it on. at one point or another I will fantasise about doing a porno with every hot woman I see/meet.
