How Long will the appeal team send my appeal to the Independent Assessor

It is almost over a week now that I don’t know if the appeal team send my appeal to be reviewed by stage 3 Independent assessor?

I just want to know how long it will take my appeal to be send to Independent assessor?

How long it takes for the Independent Assessor to make a decision?

How do I know if the appeal team submit all the Case history including my last correspondent to the independent assessor?
