Mature working student has room to spare in SE Nottinghamshire

Situated in the beautiful countryside of Lowdham, Nottinghamshire, this is an ideal place for students who need quiet, space to walk and the ability to either work or escape after a hard day. We are a professional/student family who are happy to share our home which we love as it has space to entertain or just to relax and be. Easy going while being busy, but who understand the needs and demands upon students. There is space for off road parking and if you are a keen walker or cyclist we are about 1.2 miles from the nearest bus stop and train station. But if you really like the countryside and can't drive there are enough of us for car shares etc. The room has fitted wardrobes, desk, shelves, access to wifi, tv points as well as the choice of beds i.e small double or large adult bunk beds. There is a a large shared kitchen/dining/living area with plenty of storage for food etc. Bedding, towels available as well as access to washing/drying facilities. There are three bathrooms, but use of only two one of which is downstairs (shower room) the other is upstairs with a bath and shower with plenty of storage for toiletries. Certified and checked fire and security alarm systems. Looking for someone who doesn't mind sharing with a working/studying family but who will find at times that they have the house to themselves for weekends or during the week and therefore can be trusted and sensible.
