Looking for someone to take over and rent my vacated studio

Hello,

I have to move abroad and I am looking for someone interested to rent my vacated studio.
The interested person will have his/her own rent contract with Omnia Space (who is the landlord of the residence).

The residence is super central in the city and it takes at most 15 minutes (one stop bus 120 + 3 stops tram) to get to the University of Sheffield campus.
The flat is very nice, quiet and has a nice view towards the hills.
