can you put snapchat filters on zip card

I need a zip card but I can’t take a single photo without a Snapchat filter. Will my photo get accepted if I have a filter that isn’t on my actual face but on my hair like the flower filter or the angel filter.

Zip is not as serious as for example passport pic but still I think if you're using snapchat filters you can't be too surprised if you get rejected.

Well there's one way to find out, but honestly I would be surprised if they accept a photo with cat ears or a flower crown. Just take a normal photo of your face. You walk around looking like that all the time so really it's no big deal.
