What my student finance account says Im being awarded

This is what student finance says Im being awarded however that’s not the case . I’m being given around 6k which is no where near the. 8k figure shown in the screenshot. Does anyone know why this is ?? I’ve spoken to sfe multiple times but no one can give me an clear answer but they’re sure I’m supposed to be getting 6k 😒 somebody help meee
