Biomedical Science 2nd STEM degree

I have applied to do a BSc Biomedical Science part time distance learning at the University of Ulster.
This is my second degree after completing a BSc in Forensic Biology.
I was originally told I would be able to get a tuition fee loan for this course through the second degree STEM.
However someone else I know has been told it is not part of the list.

I am due to enrol next week and my application for finance is still being processed. I don’t want to enrol and then find I can’t get the funding.
Can someone confirm if I would be eligible?
