Price for 1 filling and scale and polish? confused about NHS bands
I need one filling and would like a scale and polish.
On the NHS website it says scale and polish is £21 (band 1) and fillings are £59 (band 2)
So will I pay £80 in total for both… or just £59 if the scale and polish is included with the filling?

Band 2 covers "all treatment included in band 1 plus..." so as long as they are done within the same lot of treatment it should all be covered by that one band 2 payment. You can always check with your dental surgery though.
