What is my Grandad’s Brother’s great Grandaughter to me?

Hello!

My question is basically what I've asked in the title. If anyone has any idea, I'd be grateful if you could let me know.

Thanks.
Second cousin once removed.

Second cousins share a great grandfather. Because the great grand-daughter is a different generation from you, she is 'removed' by one generation.

My great grandfather is her great great grandfather if that helps, still second cousins once removed?

While aunt/uncle is the wrong answer, I feel obligated to point out that you can have an aunt or uncle who is younger. Its rare but can happen.

Yes - that's the 'removed' bit. You and she share a great grandfather as a nearest common ancestor. That makes you second cousins. The difference in generation is accounted for by the 'removed' part.
