16+ Oyster card
Guys I need help, my passport has expired and my 11-15 zipcard has expired I cannot reniew it cos I forgot all the details and lost it, I was applying online and it said I need to put my passport number in (my passports also expired smh) they said I have to print something out and go to the post office and with my birth certificate, is that all? I thought they usually would ask for proof of address etc. Not like I have proof anyway because I’m only 16
