Hello, I need some advice from fellow students/ lecturers alike, i am doing a dissertation on the relationship between job satisfaction and gender across different job roles but wanted to ask some advice about specific job positions i need to find some research to justify what job positions i have chosen to explore and the different categories of job positions.. my current categories are managerial, supervisory, Entry level and apprentice.

The reason why I need to select a broad range of job positions is because obviously, people have a range of job positions and according to Warr (1990) in order to determine a significant variance a broad range is recommended.

My sample size is only going to be 30-60 people so any more than 4 categories will probably be pushing it!

any thoughts??
