Cambridge Adjustment 2019 Entry

Hopefully last question on this. If only applicants who were eligible for adjustment are included in the data and the cut off was that 3 or more of the criteria had to be met for adjustment, how did 9 applicants who met less than 3 criteria end up in adjustment? I am probably missing something obvious!

I explained that in my post - to be eligible you needed to hit three criteria OR have spent time in care. those 9 will be those who were in care, only met one or two criteria but were still eligible for adjustment

Please help.
I have met the eligibility criteria for Cambridge 2020 adjustment but I am not a UK student. Can I still apply through adjustment?

Will/have adjustment offers come out this year with the application decision or will the be delayed by 2 months like last year.

It looks like unsuccessful applicants who are eligible for this year's Adjustment were informed in their college emails on Wednesday.

Yes, confirmed. If an applicant qualified it will be mentioned on their email (or follow up letter if the college sends one)
