Induction for Jobs

I have 2 inductions this week and I was wondering do I have to go the job for my first induction because I wanna go to both before I make a decision on which place I would like to work in.

I think when you have your induction it pretty much means you’re hired, looks like you’ve got 2 jobs 🤷🏻*♀️

I am confused 😐 cos one of them is temporary but they claim that it will be permemant after a few months and I want to work here and the other place (i went to this induction and they said I can email them if I decide not to join) is permenant which is good but i would rather work at other place, so I want to attend the induction for the job I like which is temporary and ask what it pays and if it will actually change to permemant later on.
