Which Uni is the best for Visual Effects Studies in UK 2019/2020 (for undergraduated)

Hey, I'm very loss about which uni must i further my studies to.

Graduated under Diploma of Animation and wish to go abroad (International) for degree in Visual Effects or making movies types of courses.

Already look into the web. Still, can't decide which uni give the best teaching and came out with the best successful student.

Scared for being the only Asian Muslim in the campus is one of the reasons too because I don't know where to find Halal food and all.

If you have an advise on how to actually look for uni and anything about the courses. Please do tell. I am very grateful for you to reply me.
