My bf mocked me for being nervous

yesterday my bf and I progressed in our relationship meaning he fingered me. I was obviously very nervous and scared to let him in and before he did it I whispered in his ear “I’m really nervous”

After it happened, we were normal for a couple hours and then he randomly says “I’m really nervous” in a mocking tone. It just made me so self conscious for some reason and he continued to laugh about it

To add to this, he knows the reason why I was nervous. He knows I was molested as a kid which is why it took so long for us to reach this stage and the fact that he made fun of me for being nervous just hurts.
