After much consideration, Iv decided to take on my fiancé’s surname
His birthday is coming up and would like to present that as one of his gifts but can’t seem to think of a cute way of doing it
Maybe a key ring with Mrs M on it ?

Yeah I agree - sound like a gift for you, rather than him.Id say just tell him but if you want to get a key king why not 'Mr & Mrs (enter name) ????

He proposed the idea at first and I was completely opposed to it, so now that Iv changes my mind I think he’ll be over the moon
