What happens to my student finance if I don't get the grades to get into university or if I decide on results day that want to defer a year?

You can cancel your student finance application so you will not be payed/charged any money

Hi I need to send proof of identity but it says I need to send my original passport on my application. But on the website it says don’t send just fill in a form so I am very confused.

Fill in everything as you would expecting to go to the university after the application is submitted and accepted there is an option to cancel your application in case you don’t get in to uni.

Hey that’s not what I meant it saying I need to send my original passport but no one has ever done that
