Problem with student finance saying its starting from 2019 rather than 2020?

Hi all, was just applying to get student finance, and it says
"Royal Veterinary College
September 2019 to July 2023
Tuition Fee Support - paid to Royal Veterinary College"
Should it not say 2020?
Additionally on the "higher amount of Maintenance Loan" It doesnt say the number that it originally said when it showed the higher maintenance loan. Any suggestions on what I should do ? thanks
