what is the longest you've had a crush on someone?

I'm worried as its been like 2 years..

the longest i had a crush on someone was three almost four years although i got over him because he moved away and then soon found someone else to crush on but that only lasted a month

Well. For me, I've liked this guy for 10 years. And honestly I still like him. But the thing is after almost 9 years we're finally getting close. Before I didn't have contact with him and he moved away while his family stayed here and now he's back we're in contact. We talk almost everyday. And I'm glad that I didn't give up on him. I don't think I can see anyone else the same.
