Msci funding

Hi!

I am interested in a 4 year dual nursing degree. 3 years adult nursing and 4th year Msc. Course code b743.
I have already applied for student finance previously (10 years ago) up to level 5. I do not have CPR to explain why I did not complete my original course.
Would I get funding for all 4 years under the elq exemption rule?

Many thanks!

Hi, Nursing is an exceptions course so as long as you are not already registered as a Nurse then your previous study won't affect your eligibility.
Thanks, Isaac

On the exemption list JACS code b743 is not listed. Just the core nursing (adult b740, children b730 etc).
For example nursing associate course (b745). Is not listed and therefore not an exempted course from elq rule.
The list is not very exhaustive considering there have been so many changes in this field.

If you provide the university name then I will review this.

B743 is a 4 year Adult & Mental Health Nursing course - you should be fully funded for this regardless of your previous study.
Thanks, Isaac
