I got accepted from both Uni of Sussex and UEA

I'm debating since Sussex is the rank 1 in development studies, however, it is still under department of education not IDS or Global studies. I want to be in the area like government organizations or NGO after graduation. Does that matter when broadening network or seeking career after graduation?
