dream about ex bf

i had a dream that i seen my ex bf driving and he let me sit in the passenger side of the car.. then i kissed him and we hugged each other.. why am i still having dreams about him...?

I believe that if you dream about someone it's because you want something from them, not that they want something from you. You are still in love with him, perhaps, and miss what you once had.

You miss him.

It can mean a number of things. Perhaps you subconsciously miss him, or want something from him.

He is your ex for a reason. Your brain usually remembers the good things about a relationship.

This isn’t always true. I am over my ex and happily single, yet I still dream about him sometimes. It’s normal for the brain to remember things and people.
