Healthcare Science advice

Hi, i wanted to take healthcare science for uni and i want to specialise in cardiac physiology or neurophysiology.
I am planning to take 1 science (biology) for a levels and some unis like swansea only want 1 science with decent grades. (pls tell me if this is a good idea).
I was also wondering if cardiac physiology is better to specialise in than neurophysiology. So if anyone has any experience with healthcare sciences, please reply to this post. Im really stuck.

Hey I'm applying next yr for cardiac physiology. I simply heard more about it than neurophysiology so wanted to progress in it

yhh when i looked at neurophysiology only two unis offered it whereas there’s more for cardiac physiology it’s jus i find the brain way more fascinating than the heart tho 😭
