Can I apply for a different agency for a loan in different years?
Apologies, since my situation is very specific.
I have lived in england my whole life, except for the year before I went to university, and I would have moved back down to England around the same time anyway. This meant that I had to apply through SAAS for my loans (tuition and maintenance). I'm studying in London which means my costs are very high, though the maximum for SAAS is £4750 in this regard.
My question is if I would be able to apply through Student Finance england for the next year of my course (I am doing a foundation year before three further on a normal course if this affects anything) as this would mean I can afford to live in the city that I study.
