A set of charcteristics which mean you would be happy to settle down with them.
There are essentials.
Highly desirables
Preferables.
The essentials are pretty standard, then its a bit personal taste as for the rest.
If you go round making too many lists you become closed minded and it is limiting.
You should also factor in the non desirable traits.

I am nowhere near getting married, I have so much to accomplish and learn so that I set up the best environment and future for my kids and family.
I do know that things like "she's hot or loads of fun" won't cut it though.
