Hi, I feel really left in the dark about the whole process for applying for a student loan. What is the timetable for this / when do we need to apply? I am a Scottish student likely going to study in England, and have three conditional offers as it stands, waiting on two more decisions.

Applicants from England
You can apply early 2021 through Student Finance England for courses starting in 2021. You can still apply for funding up to nine months after the first day of the academic year for your course. The deadline for application is usually the end of May, but this hasn’t yet been confirmed.
Applications take at least six weeks to be processed, but Student Finance England will do an initial assessment so you have some money as close to the start of your course as possible.
