Anus pain

Hey guys
Just gonna jump into into no point sugar coating it . Anyone ever has the sensation of a stabbing pain in their bum . Recently I get it couple times a day . I think I may be constipated too but I am on a new diet so that may be the answer to the constipation . But yeah anyone ever had the jabbing pain before ?

Make sure you are well hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids. This will help reduce constipation.

Make changes to your diet
To make your poo softer and easier to pass:

drink plenty of fluids and avoid alcohol
increase the fibre in your diet
add some wheat bran, oats or linseed to your diet

Hi thanks for the info on how to help constipation . Do you suspect this is the cause of the random stabbing pain around anus ? Thanks
