Conditional uni offers

I'm currently studying HND Computing: Software Development year 1 and want to progress onto a uni course this year instead of going into year 2. I have received 2 conditional offers with the condition that I successfully pass the HND with an A/B but won't meet that condition as I'm only doing the HNC this year. The entry requirements does say that I can get in with a HNC in Computing. I'm unsure if I get a HNC in Computing or HNC in Software Development so any help is appreciated for those who have previously studied the course. I'm also unsure on how I can go about contacting the uni's to see if they will still consider my application?

You need to a) clarifying exactly what subject you are currently studying at your college, b) then phone each University and tell them you are actually doing an HNC in ..... and not an HND c) fill this in : https://www.ucas.com/content/request-amend-qualifications-listed-your-application

Then hope they don't withdraw any of your offers.
