Can I apply online for student finance with migrant worker status?

I was previously reassessed as a migrant worker. As an EU student I've always had to apply through mail, I was wondering if as a migrant worker I can apply online?

Hi Cathy, if you were a Migrant Worker last year then you will be able to apply online this year.
If you were not a Migrant Worker last year then you will need to send in the paper PN1 form.

So if in second year I am classed as a migrant worker I can apply online for third year?
