Trinity College Dublin accomodation

I have so many questions about it.

Should you apply for both Kavanaugh Court and Trinity Hall?
Which is better socially or does that matter?
If Kavanaugh court is open to all students does that mean your apartment will be with other years?
Do all first years typically apply for trinity hall as it is only first years or is there a spread?
PLEASE HELP !!! :/

I just did halls, although its farther away it looks to have a better social vibe and its all first years
