If you have specific queries then TSR might be of use. I can imagine without a guide or a teacher it can be daunting as you are probably feeling a little at sea by yourself, but the UCAS application is actually a pretty straightforward once you start filling it in.

Some personal statement help:

TSR is short for thestudentroom aka this website.

You can browse the applying to uni, uni courses & universities forums if you have a query about something related to uni/uni applications.

Take it one step at a time or the system can seem overwhelming when really it is not too hard and there are lots of people on here who will give you advice when you have specific questions.

The first step is to register with UCAS so you have an account, and decide which degree subject you want to study. Then think about what grades you are likely to achieve, and who could write a reference for you. This is normally done by school/college - but do you have a tutor or someone who could predict what grades you are likely to achieve?
