Hi Can anyone help me with my essay

Hi good day… I am to write an essay and we are given three options. My issue is I never know how to construct my essays so please help. You don’t have to give me answers I just need help on how to go about it.

1. Russia’s annexation of Crimea in 2014 and it’s 2022 invasion of Ukraine demonstrate that powerful states disregard international law with relative impunity. Discuss whether and how Russia’s actions violate international law and assess whether the responses of the international community are permissible enforcement mechanisms under international law.

2. “Emergency measures being used by governments to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic are incompatible with the alienable rights and fundamental freedoms that are protected by international human rights laws”. Discuss

3. “Diplomatic immunity is a violation of a country’s sovereign right to exercise its jurisdiction. If no one is above the law, then diplomats should also be punished if they commit a crime” Discuss

These are all worth 30 marks separately and I only need to do one, please help
