Joel Spolski of FogCreek / part starter of Stack Overflow has written some good blogs on starting in the industry in the US. Possibly a bit out of date now but a good read none-the-less

I think however, you need to do a bit more research off your own back. Writing one poorly written, grammatically incorrect statement on here is not going to help your cause.
