Was my supervisor being immature?

We were in discussion with others and he was asking me intentionally a question that involved discussing erectile dysfunction/viagra in front of others and he asked me the question with a wink - so I refused to talk about it and changed the topic - was he being rude or childish? how to address immature behaviour?

Could I just confirm that both your supervisor and your boyfriend intentionally asked a question that involved discussing erectile dysfunction/viagra in front of others and asked you the question with a wink? Or is your BF also your supervisor?

The OP has clarified that their BF and supervisor are one and the same.

That seems like rather important information to have left out.
So this person is both your boyfriend AND your supervisor. In work, he's ranked above you. Out of work, you're both equals. It seems that you want him to be aware of this and you don't want him to discuss inappropriate/private things in your place of work. Make him aware of this and communicate with your boyfriend so that he knows this.

Friend, boyfriend or supervisor? Which is it?

Why do you keep leaving out information when you make duplicate threads on this topic?

He is mostly a friend and my supervisor - is not the above inappropriate in either case. You just should not discuss the above in workplace environment.
