Challenging working with strong performers

Both of my colleagues in my team are really strong performers, e.g speaking up in meetings, giving their ideas/opinions, they do talk a lot

I find it really hard to express my opinions, and doing video calls. I am always quiet and don‘t speak much unless someone asks for input.. I do notice that I perform well in-person rather than on a screen.

My manager told me that I needed to speak up more.

I try and go to the office different days to them, just so I can feel more confident within myself as an individual and to prove that I am a strong performer and that I can do good things.

I don‘t see this as a competition. I don‘t want to avoid my colleagues either because they‘re really friendly, but I honestly find it difficult competing against like three lions (my colleagues) and a tiny mouse (me).

There is no balance.

Any advice?
