Studying law after my biomed degree

Hi
I'm in my second year studying biomed and I've recently realised that as much as I love doing my lab work, I can't see myself doing it for the rest of my life. Before studying biomed I really wanted to do law but I was leaning towards science at the time but studying law was always something I thought about. And now I'm thinking to study law after uni but I just need some advice on how I can go about doing law, how long that could take and if there is a big job scope within the industry. Please let me know!
Thank you

new SQE routes mean you don’t need a law degree, you have to do a legal course, think it takes around 1-2 years or so. but yeah you should be okay
