What kind of cameras are these?
Hello,
Would any one know what cameras these are? They face on coming traffic from two sets of traffic lights, with each of the two cameras facing one traffic light each. There's a box junction right after the traffic lights.

They look like AMPR ( automatic number plate recognition) what the police use to track criminals etc.
Also used for congestion charges perhaps.....
