Changing to a course with placement year

Hello! I recently received my offer on Biochemistry at Bath and was wondering whether or not I could add on a placement year. With the UCAS deadlines coming up, should I email admissions and ask or should I firm and then later change?

Yes, you can change to the 'with placement' option provided there are enough seats. It would be best to contact admissions asap and sort it out.

I recommended dropping admissions a quick email either before or after you firm them- it's highly unlikely they won't switch you and it's much easier to switch off of the placement scheme if you change your mind or don't secure a placement than switch onto it last minute.
