Need some consensus on iQ Flinders House (Greenwich Peninsula)

I'm going to Ravensbourne this September to do a Digital Photography BA and I've gotten an allocation for a reduced rate studio at iQ Flinders House, but before I make the payment and lock myself into a tenancy I'd just like to make sure this isn't a dive or I'm getting mugged off. Has anyone here stayed at iQ? What's it like and is it worth the money? I want to be absolutely sure I'm not getting into an accom I'll hate this autumn.
