Sick absence

Hj been off sick I’m part time on night shifts
Returned back to work after 8 weeks absence what’s the amount of full sick pay that I’m entitled to
as I’ve been with the company for 14yrs.

It really depends on your contract. Different companies offer different levels of sick pay. If you don't have a copy of your contract, ask your HR department for it. That should explain your entitlement.

It depends on if you are entitled to statutory sick pay or if your company give you enhanced sick pay. If you speak with HR they will be able to advise further but you can check the gov website for your statutory allowance.
