What was the 20 marker for 2018 WJEC History Health and Medicine?

So, because of additional information it was possible to guess what my 20 marker would be on for my unit 1 and unit 2 papers. Now I have unit 2 and I know that my 20 marker is unlikely to be on 3.5, 3.6, or 3.1. Could someone tell me what the 20 marker was on in 2018 so I can guess even further? Thanks.
