University for electronic engineering

Would you recommend Oxford, Cambridge, Southampton, or Edinburgh?
I want to do a BSc, and in Oxbridge it would have to be general, but otherwise I could focus at electronic/e&cs.
I am quite looking at Edinburgh as the city is nice too and I heard they are good at analog, but then some student experiences are not the best.
I also heard that Oxford doesn’t have good undergrad engineering labs but no idea how true that is.
I kinda want to focus on analog as well, not sure about Southampton as I heard about it in UK but not much about overseas reputation.

Look for courses with a placement or 'industrial experience' - this experience adds heaps to your graduate CV, examples :
Newcastle - https://www.ncl.ac.uk/undergraduate/degrees/h605/
Bath - https://www.bath.ac.uk/courses/undergraduate-2024/electronic-and-electrical-engineering/beng-electrical-and-electronic-engineering-with-professional-placement/
and Southampton has a wide range of courses with interesting subject combinations - https://www.southampton.ac.uk/study/subjects/electrical-electronic-engineering

And make sure you choose 5 UCAS choices with a range of entry requirements - not all 'top end' or high garde.

Honestly, not sure about industrial experience, could be cool, but I kinda want to focus on studying as this is an area I am going forwards as I enjoy it. Bath and Newcastle haven’t heard much of tbh, Southampton is cool indeed. Any opinions on the other 3 unis?
