Callisthenics/outdoor Workout routine wanted

So this summer I'm tryying to get fitter and improve my body physique. I have a set of dumbbells but I don't really enjoy using weights at home I prefer outdoor workouts but my local park doesn't have many fitness machines and its tiny. I'm thinking of just using the local field for space but can someone please suggest a 6 day workout routine for me to follow that I can easily do in the field/garden to improve flexibility, stamina, speed and physique.
