Year 13s: what was the most helpful resource you used for researching universities?

There are few different ways to learn about universities when you're in the process of applying.

You can visit the campus in person to get a feel for it as well as talking to the students already studying there. You can also read their prospectus and even compare universities online.

But which resource did you find the most useful for choosing which universities to apply to?

And let us know if your favourite resource isn't on the poll!
I think it really depends at what stage of the process you are in as to what is most important, but in general id say the best resource is currently enrolled students & staff at universities available on open days & trying to talk to as many of these as possible. Part of why this is so valuable is the variation in view & detail you can’t find elsewhere. Any one source inevitably has a lot of personal bias & opinion and volume of sources is one of the most important factors in learning.
