Where do I find the UCAS "welcome mail"? To change Uni

It's says "Waitting for confirmation" , the results must take a while to arrive, unless they ask me to send them.
I wander how long it takes? I already know my grades.

Firm choice: Law (M100) at Cardiff University (C15) with an offer to obtain 60% to each module. I've just completed my mission!

I don't have to do that, they are being sent away by the uni.

Are you sure?
If so have you verified with Cardiff that they've received your results?

While you're Conditional Firm with a university you can't change that to apply elsewhere in clearing
