Information regarding UKVI procedure
Do the UKVI verify work experience from the employer for tier 4 visa. I have the legitimate 6 years work experience. Should I upload the work experience and employment reference in my visa application? as i have 6 years education gap. Is it mandatory for me to submit the work experience letter ?

It might be worth you checking with the university you'll be studying at. They should have a visa team who should be able to advise you.
(Note: it's now just called a "Student visa" -- it's not called "Tier 4" any more.)
