Focus on being safe, as this is what the examiner would be focusing on

Exaggerate your head movement to show that you are actually looking at your mirrors

Beware of crazy drivers - everyone can be wreckless drivers, but you on the test must be the A student - expect drivers around you to be reckless

Nerves can add more stress than it helps; the key to being in the right headspace is to remain calm and focus on what's immediately ahead of you and not be so concerned about the outcome of the test
•
When doing manoeuvres, go slow - it gives you more time to adjust
•
If your instructor is good and he/she tells you that you should do the test, have confidence that your usual driving during your lessons are pretty much there
