Studying abroad

I would like to study abroad in America (HBCU) however I don't know the steps I can take to make that possible. I won't mind a year abroad

You can get in contact with the Sutton trust program that helps British students study in American schools. But you have to meet their entry requirements. I wanted to do that too but I can’t because I am an American citizen who lives in England and in order to enroll you can’t be American already.
