someone give advice on things i could do in year 11 to gain experience to put on my cv, or job suggestions??? im not sure how i feel abt ncs, cuz im literally so shy and im terrified that everyone is going to be really loud and im j gonna be there lol or its j gonna be super cliquey. im really trying to consider it cuz at the end of the day it would be something to look back on and i need to build my confidence in meeting new ppl. but yeah the boredom is literally eating me alive so any suggestions would be good xxx

Volunteering at local charity shops is a great way to get started, it helps to gain real life experience in the working world and is a great addition to your CV. If you're nervous it'll help you to build up confidence in social situations and you get to choose the times you want to volunteer. Places like the british heart foundation and the salvation army are always looking for volunteers; you can look for your local one on the website and apply online :smile:
